Bettina, Office Manager
Bettina has been the Office Manager here since 2008. Born and educated in Germany, she has spent her entire career managing high quality, patient-centered dental offices. Besides keeping us organized and running smoothly, she is an expert at handling all our patients’ financial and insurance needs.
Bettina is passionate about providing exemplary customer service and building lasting relationships. Treating everyone with empathy and respect, she cares deeply that each patient gets the best possible care. Her attention to detail and high level of integrity set the standard for our entire team.
When not in the office, you can find her practicing yoga, paddle-boarding, skiing, or walking on the beach with her dog. She cherishes spending time with friends and family on both continents.
Karla, Patient Care Coordinator
In her role as Patient Care Coordinator, Karla is often your first point of contact, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and making everyone feel at ease. She makes sure you don’t fall behind on your hygiene visits and is the joyous voice behind your reminder calls.
Having started her journey in the dental field in 2017 as a Scheduling Coordinator and Registered Dental Assistant, Karla joined our team in 2022. Her favorite part of working in dentistry is seeing the bright smiles of all her patients. Karla truly feels at home at Tower Dental. From the passion the entire team has for the work they do and the genuine care for their patients, to the support they have for one another; she knows you’re in good hands here!
Born in Washington and raised in California, Karla is also fluent in Spanish.
When she’s not working, she likes to listen to podcasts and spend time with family.
Elena, Dental Hygienist
Elena began her career in dentistry in 1996. Starting out as a dental assistant, she continued her education and became a dental hygienist in 2005. She considers oral health a number one priority and is dedicated to providing excellent care, tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals. Elena loves getting to know her patients and learning new things about them. Since starting here in 2007, she has built many wonderful long-term relationships.
Elena is the mother of three boys, a dog, and a cat. She enjoys traveling, camping, and staying active. Her love of classical music often takes her to the Seattle Symphony and the Seattle Opera.
Megan, Dental Hygienist
Megan joined our office in 2020 and we are very excited to have her on our team! She became a Dental Hygienist in 2015 and has advanced training in precision periodontal medicine through the renowned Kois Center. Her great touch and warm, friendly manner put patients right at ease.
Megan loves learning the latest in technological advances and new therapeutic applications. She strives to educate patients about the connection between oral and systemic health. Her goal is to help everyone achieve and maintain optimal oral health and overall wellness.
Out of the office, Megan loves staying active and taking her adorable chocolate lab for spontaneous outdoor adventures. In the summer, you might find her hiking at Snoqualmie Pass, camping in Cle Elum, or swimming in Lake Tapps. In the winter months, she enjoys watching her fiancé coach boy’s high school basketball for her hometown of Buckley.
Eric, Dental Assistant
Our indispensable dental assistant / head of IT / welcoming committee leader. He is in charge of welcoming new patients into the office, and learning each patient’s individual dental goals and desires. Eric has eight years of experience in dentistry, most of which came working at his childhood dentist’s office! Born and raised in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle, he grew up playing baseball and brushing his teeth twice a day. In his previous life he worked security for the Seattle Mariners, and could be periodically seen chasing fans attempting to streak across the field!
Rachel, Registered Dental Assistant
Rachel has been in dentistry since 2011 and is nationally certified. We have been enjoying her infectious laugh since she joined our team in early 2022. With a strong focus on personalized care and comfort, Rachel treats everyone as family and makes sure our patients feel at ease during their appointments. Countless continuing educational classes have prepared her to provide each patient with the best experience and highest quality of treatment.
Born and raised in Guam for the first part of her life, Rachel’s family moved to Washington when she was 12, so Seattle is definitely home for her. When not at work, Rachel loves being outside. You can find her at the park most days with her cocker spaniel, Seraphina. Some of her hobbies include reading, casual bike rides, paddleboarding, gardening, swimming, and hanging out with friends. Rachel is a huge Disney fanatic and one of her goals in life is to visit every Disney Park around the world!
